We aim to provide efficient and effective service and take any problems that do arise very seriously indeed. We aim to ensure that any complaints our customers may have are identified quickly and dealt with in accordance with our complaints handling procedure. In the event that you have any cause for complaint with regard to any of our services please contact us.

We will investigate your complaint in accordance with an internal written procedure which involves:-
• acknowledging any complaint and responding in full within 14 days or, if that is not possible, letting you know within that time when we will be able to respond fully;
• carrying out a full review of your matter;
• responding to you with our views on your complaint and how we propose to resolve it;

A copy of our written complaints procedure will be provided to you upon request.

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and to make amendments and/ or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time which will take effect immediately.

Placing an order

Your order is accepted and a contract is formed when we dispatch the goods you have ordered and not before. For instance, a contract is not formed at the point when we take payment for the goods you have ordered, nor when you receive our confirmation of your order. Until the goods are dispatched we may reject, and you may cancel, the order.

Exceptions apply to orders for personalised items and goods made to your order which, in most cases, cannot be cancelled by you once you have received email confirmation of your order. Following formation of the contract we shall continue to own any goods ordered until we have received payment in full from you even though the goods may have already been delivered to you.

Any goods supplied will conform to the contract.

Pre-ordering items from SAFCStore

SAFCstore will pre-authorise and charge for all pre-ordered shirts at the time the order is placed. The reason is to ensure that stock is allocated against your order and to provide sufficient time to pick, pack and customise the shirt (where applicable) in time for the launch date. It is also sometimes necessary for the customer to confirm details contained within the order.

Refund and exchanges

You may return any item within 14 days of receiving the item in the original condition for an exchange for an item of equivalent value.

You must take reasonable care of the goods and may inspect and assess them, but not use them.

Please complete the returns form on the back of your order form received inside your parcel and return it along with the item to SAFCSTORE.COM, Stadium of Light, Sunderland, SR5 1SU.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning items to us.

Personalised shirts cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the product is faulty.

We strongly advise that you don't add a players name and number until the squad lists is confirmed for the 2021-22 season.

We accept no responsibility once a replica shirt or short has been printed, if a player leaves the team and/or their team number changes, or if the shirt ordered is the wrong size.

Promotions and promotion codes

Please note that any promotions/offers on the website cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts.

SAFC reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high-value purchases and to change price and availability information without notice.
