Terms and Conditions of Purchase
Your order is accepted and a contract is formed when we dispatch the goods you have ordered and not before. For instance, a contract is not formed at the point when we take payment for the goods you have ordered, nor when you receive our confirmation of your order. Until the goods are dispatched we may reject, and you may cancel, the order.
Exceptions apply to orders for personalised items and goods made to your order which, in most cases, cannot be cancelled by you once you have received email confirmation of your order. Following formation of the contract we shall continue to own any goods ordered until we have received payment in full from you even though the goods may have already been delivered to you.
Any goods supplied will conform to the contract.
The Help Section tells you how to order and pay for products. It also addresses any questions you might have about delivery of your products, your right to cancel orders or return faulty products to us and our quality assurance.
Please note that any promotions/offers on the website cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts.
SAFC reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases and to change price and availability information without notice.
Pre-Ordering items from SAFCstore
SAFCstore will pre-authorise and charge for all pre-ordered shirts at the time the order is placed. The reason is to ensure that stock is allocated against your order and to provide sufficient time to pick, pack and customise the shirt (where applicable) in time for the launch date. It is also sometimes necessary for the customer to confirm details contained within the order.
Click and Collect
You can get your order delivered to one of our three stores at the Stadium of Light, The Galleries in Washington or our store at Debenhams in The Bridges free of charge.
To use our Click and Collect service simply select the Click and Collect delivery option on the delivery page after you confirm your basket. You will be required to select a date to collect your parcel. Your parcel will be available to collect on your chosen day between 12pm-5:30pm.
Please note: You are unable to select same day or weekend delivery on our click and collect service. If you place an order on a Friday the next available date for collection is Monday unless it is bank holiday. In this case the parcel will be available after 12pm on the next working day which would be a Tuesday. Some items on our website are manufactured by third party suppliers (for example, crystal gifts and door plaques) so the click and collect delivery date will be prolonged depending on the length of time it takes the personalised items to arrive from the supplier. The production time for these products and whether they are third party supplier product is detailed on the product page.
When you come to collect your parcel please ensure you have your order confirmation and a form of ID. Please note that if you would like someone else to collect the parcel on your behalf, they will also need to bring a copy of your order confirmation and a form of ID.
