Click and Collect
You can get your order delivered to our Stadium of Light store for collection
To use our Click and Collect service simply select the Click and Collect delivery option on the delivery page after you confirm your basket. Your parcel will be available to collect from 1:30pm next working day. This Excludes non-match Saturdays and every Sunday
If you place an order on a Friday the next available date for collection is Monday unless the Saturday is a home matchday. Some items on our website are manufactured by third party suppliers so the click and collect delivery date will be prolonged depending on the length of time it takes the personalised items to arrive from the supplier. The production time for these products and whether they are third party supplier product is detailed on the product page. If you order a product that is available as a pre-order your parcel will not be available in store until after the launch date. This will override the day you select for collection if it is before the launch date.
When you come to collect your parcel please ensure you will need to have your order number. Please note that if you would like someone else to collect the parcel on your behalf, they will also need to bring your order number.
UK Standard Delivery - (next working day)
We operate a next working day delivery service in the UK. If you place an order before 3pm you will receive your parcel the following day. Any orders placed after 3pm will not be processed until the following day which will result in the parcel being despatched for the next working day.
We deliver all of our parcels through DPD using a tracking and signature required service. Once your parcel is despatched from our warehouse and scanned into the local DPD depot you will receive an automated email from DPD to let you know that they have your parcel. You will also receive an email the following day when your parcel is out for delivery and this will provide you with an hour delivery window of when to expect the delivery of your parcel.
You can track your parcel using DPD's website and also set instructions to your parcel such as leave in safe place or deliver to a neighbour if you know you won't be available to sign for your parcel on the delivery day.
*We do not offer guaranteed delivery on a Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
Delivery to Europe - (2 - 7 working days)
Delivery to Rest of the World - (5 - 10 working days)
We deliver to Europe and the Rest of the World using the courier service DPD. Both of these delivery options come with a tracking service so that you can follow the delivery of your parcel from it leaving our warehouse to your destination.
We require a telephone number for all international orders and personal ID numbers for deliveries to Norway. This is essential for despatching outside of the UK and is a requirement for our courier service who export the parcel. If you do not add a telephone number to your account and order this will cause delays to your delivery as we will need to contact you by email for a telephone number.
Once your parcel is despatched from our warehouse and scanned into the local DPD depot you will receive an automated email from DPD to let you know that they have your parcel. You will be able to follow the process of your delivery from it leaving our warehouse right up to the delivery day.
Please note for international deliveries any customs or import duties are levied once your parcel reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Different Stock Availability - If you have selected items with different availability times then we will dispatch your order when all items are ready.
Dispatching of Orders - Although we try to process and dispatch your order on the day this is received this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:
· Pre-Orders - Products on pre-order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be dispatched in the period specified on the website
· Credit Card Checks - Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit card. - Which could delay your order.
· Shirt Printing - Shirts requiring personalisation - for example those that require an additional name, number or badge - may take an extra three days before they are ready to be dispatched.
· Items on 'Available Within' - Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers. If this is the case then the number of days that this process will take will be quoted on the product details page. For example "Available within 7 days".
Items on Immediate Dispatch - Should your order be marked as available for immediate dispatch and fail to reach you within the times quoted above, please contact our Customer Service Department who will be happy to assist.
Non Shippable Addresses - For contractual reasons we are unable to deliver to certain locations around the world. If your country is not listed when you are entering a delivery or billing address, then we will not be able to accept your order to deliver at that address.
Leave Safe Delivery - When you receive your tracking email from DPD you will be able to select an option to deliver your parcel to safe place or to a neighbour if you are unavailable on the delivery date.

PO Boxes - Please note that we do not ship to PO Box addresses or freight forwarding addresses.
Undelivered Items – We aim to deliver all of our orders and keep failed deliveries to a minimum. If we do fail to deliver any order to you, please report this to us.

Whilst every effort is taken to ensure all items in the store are always in stock, on occasions some items will be temporarily out of supply.
Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers. If this is the case then the date when the item is expected to be in stock will be quoted on the product details page. You will be offered the option to place your order in the knowledge that the item is currently out of stock. It should be noted that the date quoted is an -estimated- date and we cannot guarantee that delivery will be made by that date.
If an item is out of stock on our web-site - and we cannot get any more stock, we will generally remove the item from sale. However, if there is an item you are really trying to get hold of, please email us at Customer Services with the details of the item you wish to purchase and we will do our best to try and get it for you.

What is the Card Security Number?
- Also known as a CV2 number, this is a special 3-digit number that appears on the far right side of the signature strip on your card. This number is unique to each card, and gives you extra protection against fraud.
Do you check for fraudulent cards?
-When we receive your Credit Card details, an on-line check of your Credit Card is conducted with the acquiring bank. This process ensures the number you entered actually corresponds to a real credit card number and is not a bogus card. The system also checks various "Hot Card lists" to ensure that no fraudulent use is being made on any Credit Card. This on-line verification of your details is carried out over a secure line to the bank. Credit Card data is, at no time, sent over the Internet using the validation process. We also carry out random security checks on cards to ensure we help prevent fraud - please note that we do not intend any personal slight if your card is chosen for a random check.

Is the transaction Real-Time?
- All Credit Card transactions are completed in real-time. After you have confirmed your order, we make an immediate connection to verify the card and amount, so that authorisation is given before we complete the order. All shirts with customisation will be fully charged once you have confirmed your order and it has been accepted by us. A binding contract will exist between us at the time of dispatch of the goods from our warehouse.
Do I have any Legal Protection?
- You are protected by the normal laws of England and Wales, in particular The Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994 (c. 35) and the Consumer Protection Act 1987 (c.43) Consumer Rights Regulations 2013. Full details of your legal rights are available in the UK from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or your Local Authority’s Trading Standards Office.
- For any customer purchasing adult clothing and souvenirs inside the European Union, VAT is included at the standard UK rate of 20%. Children's clothing is exempt from VAT in the UK and is therefore charged at 0% thus no tax is added in the price quoted by The SAFC Store at www.safcstore.com.
For any customers purchasing outside the European Union all purchases are exempt of UK VAT. Products are shown inclusive of VAT, but this will be recalculated when you purchase your goods.

Returns & Refunds
Returns for personalised product will only be accepted if the personalisation is incorrect from the receipt of order or if the product is faulty. We accept no responsibility once a replica shirt or short has been printed, in the event that a player leaves the squad and/or his squad number changes, or if the badge changes in the future. Please remember that the squad numbers that will be used in pre-season are not necessarily the final squad numbers for the upcoming season.
You may return any item within 14 days of receiving the item in the original condition for a full refund or exchange of the price you paid for the item.
If you cancel your order within the 14-day cancellation period, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery for customers within the UK, other countries within the European Economic Area and Switzerland. In the case of customers outside the European Economic Area and Switzerland we will refund the standard delivery cost up to a maximum of £6.95
We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the refund without any undue delay and not later than 14 days after we receive back from you any goods supplied, or 14 days after you provide evidence that you have returned the goods to us, if earlier. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning items to us.
We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
All return and re-shipping charges are the Customer's liability. The period of 14 days begins on the day after the day you receive your goods. Your right to cancel will not normally apply to personalised goods. You must tell us if you want to cancel in writing by letter or email within a period of 14 days, beginning on the day after the day you receive your goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and may inspect and assess them, but not use them.
To return an item please include the merchandise with a completed returns slip. Please allow up to 14 working days for this to be processed. (It is essential you complete the boxes provided on the returns slip for your credit/debit cards three digit security number or we may not be able to make any refund).

Overseas customers are asked to return the defective item(s) including both the merchandise and the delivery slip by a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not returned. The SAFC Store at www.safcstore.com will refund you with reasonable costs of your return shipping charges if you include a receipt.
Please note the following exceptions to this policy:
1. DVDs, videos, underwear, swimwear and pierced jewellery and items specially manufactured to your order can only be refunded or exchanged if the goods returned have been deemed to be faulty.
2. We are normally unable to refund or exchange a shirt once it has been personalised to your order. A refund or exchange will be permitted if the garment is faulty.
3. All return and re-shipping charges are the customer's liability.
4. We will refund shipping costs if there is a fault with the product. However, we cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty items.
5. All items should be unworn and unused.
Please note, for your protection SAFC recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received. For items of jewellery, please note that the Royal Mail does not transport such items through their recorded delivery service and we recommend that you use an equivalent alternative service.
WEEE Directive / Recycling Old Appliances
The UK's Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations require that all retailers of electrical goods assist in delivering a UK- –wide collection and recycling system to encourage consumers to recycle old or unwanted electronic equipment.
There are a number of ways you can recycle: You may either take the item to your local council recycling site or we offer a free ‘Take Back’ scheme, this is done on a like-for-like basis. You have 28 days in which to do this and must include details of your purchase from our online retail site. Please note, it is the responsibility of the customer for any postage costs incurred in returning the old item. See below address.
Electronic waste is one of the fastest growing waste streams and much of it can be recycled and resources recovered to make new consumer products. All electrical items sold now carry the ‘crossed out wheeled bin’ symbol. Unwanted electrical items should not be placed into normal domestic waste stream.

How can I tell if the web site is a secure one?

How does Encryption work?
All credit card details are encrypted using GlobalSign SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Software. When you establish a secure connection, the downloaded web site sends a digital certificate to your web browser. When the certificate arrives, it contains a public key, which functions as a one-way encryption device. The browser then uses this key to scramble your personal data (Credit Card Information) before sending it over the Internet. Information encrypted with the public key cannot be decrypted without the corresponding private key, which only the merchant has. Without this exclusive, private key, your personal information cannot be read.
What else can I do to ensure my details remain safe?
The second way to ensure you have a secure connection is to look for the GlobalSign logo or RSA Data Security logo and only purchase from merchants you know and trust. Here again, the digital certificate is important. In addition to encrypting the data you send over the Internet, the certificate can be used to confirm and authenticate the identity of a web site's owner (in this case, the merchant).
