Christmas Delivery Schedule
The last order date for UK mainland delivery is Tuesday 22 December 2020. All orders must be placed before 3pm on Tuesday 22 December in order for them to qualify for Wednesday 23 December delivery.
Any orders placed after 3pm on Tuesday 22 December and before 3pm on Wednesday 23 December will be despatched on Wednesday 23 December. However, we can can not guarentee that this parcel will be delivered on Thursday 24 December.
Once your parcel is despatched you will receive a DPD tracking email that will enable you to follow the progress from the time it leaves us until the time it arrives at your door.
New year home delivery
The last date for guarenteed UK mainland delivery is Tuesday 29 December 2020. All orders must be placed before 3pm on Tuesday 29 December in order for them to qualify for Wednesday 30 December delivery.
Any orders placed 3pm on Tuesday 29 December and before 12pm on Wednesday 30 December will be despatched on Wednesday 30 December. However, we can can not guarentee that this parcel will be delivered on Thursday 31 December.
Once your parcel is despatched you will receive a DPD tracking email that will enable you to follow the progress from the time it leaves us until the time it arrives at your door.
Normal delivery services below will resume from Monday 4 January 2021.
UK
We normally operate a next working day delivery service in the UK.
If you place an order before 3pm on Monday through to Thursday, you will receive your order the following day.
If you order before 3pm on a Friday, your parcel will be delivered on Monday.
If you order after 3pm on a Friday, your parcel will be delivered on Tuesday.
Once your parcel is despatched and arrives at the DPD depot you will receive an email/text notification from DPD that will allow you to follow the progress of your delivery.
International
Europe
We can deliver your order to you and we depending on where you are located in Europe your order will be with you within 2 to 7 working days.
We send the majority of our parcels into Europe through DPD and once your parcel is despatched and arrives at the DPD depot you will receive an email/text notification from DPD that will allow you to follow the progress of your delivery.
However, if you live in Bosnia, Bulgaria, Greece, Norway, Iceland, Russia, Serbia, Switzerland or Ukraine we will despatch your parcel through Royal Mail and can provide you with a tracking number for the Royal Mail website once your order is despatched.
Rest of World
We can deliver your order to you and we depending on where you are located in Europe your order will be with you within 2 to 7 working days.
We send the majority of our parcels into around the world through DPD and once your parcel is despatched and arrives at the DPD depot you will receive an email/text notification from DPD that will allow you to follow the progress of your delivery.
However, if you live in Argentina, Bermuda, Chile, Gibraltar, Israel, Japan, Macau, Nigeria or Tunisia we will despatch your parcel through Royal Mail and can provide you with a tracking number for the Royal Mail website once your order is despatched.
Exchanges
You may return any item within 14 days of receiving the item in the original condition for an exchange for an item of equivalent value.
You must take reasonable care of the goods and may inspect and assess them, but not use them.
Please complete the returns form on the back of your acknowledgement email and return along with the item to SAFC Store Returns, Sunderland AFC, Stadium of Light, Sunderland, SR5 1SU.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning items to us.
Refunds
You may return any item within 14 days of receiving the item in the original condition for an refund.
Please complete the returns form on the back of your acknowledgement email and return along with the item to SAFC Store Returns, Sunderland AFC, Stadium of Light, Sunderland, SR5 1SU.
We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
We will make the refund without any undue delay and not later than 14 days after we receive back from you any goods supplied, or 14 days after you provide evidence that you have returned the goods to us, if earlier.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning items to us.
