Delivery Information
UK
We normally operate a next working day delivery service in the UK.
Due to the Easter Bank Holiday weekend there are delays to our delivery service. If you place an order before 3pm on Wednesday 31 March your order will be dispatched and out for delivery on Thursday 1 April.
If you place your order before 3pm on Thursday 1 April your order will be dispatched on Thursday 1 April and out for delivery but is not guarenteed delivery over the Easter weekend. Normal delivery service will resume from Tuesday 6 April.
Please allow for an extra 2-3 working days for your order to be processed if you order shirt personalistion.
If you place an order before 3pm on Monday through to Thursday, you will receive your order the following day.
If you order before 3pm on a Friday, your parcel will be delivered on Monday.
If you order after 3pm on a Friday, your parcel will be delivered on Tuesday.
Once your parcel is despatched and arrives at the DPD depot you will receive an email/text notification from DPD that will allow you to follow the progress of your delivery.
International
We can deliver your order to you wherever you are located in the world. Your order will be with you within 2 to 7 working days.
We send the majority of our international parcels using Fedex. Once your parcel is despatched you will receive an email/text notification from Fedex that will allow you to follow the progress of your delivery.
Returns and Refunds
Exchanges
You may return any item within 14 days of receiving the item in the original condition for an exchange for an item of equivalent value.
You must take reasonable care of the goods and may inspect and assess them, but not use them.
Please complete the returns form on the back of your acknowledgement email and return along with the item to SAFC Store Returns, Sunderland AFC, Stadium of Light, Sunderland, SR5 1SU.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning items to us.
Refunds
You may return any item within 14 days of receiving the item in the original condition for an refund.
Please complete the returns form on the back of your acknowledgement email and return along with the item to SAFC Store Returns, Sunderland AFC, Stadium of Light, Sunderland, SR5 1SU.
We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
We will make the refund without any undue delay and not later than 14 days after we receive back from you any goods supplied, or 14 days after you provide evidence that you have returned the goods to us, if earlier.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning items to us.
