Sunderland AFC Returns Policy:
You may return any item within 28 days in its original condition for a refund of the price you paid for the item.
If returning an item please include the completed returns document and return to the address stated.
SAFC recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in the post.
Exchanges:
In order for SAFC to make an exchange please follow the procedure detailed above.
Please include a cheque for £5.50 to cover postage costs and a daytime contact telephone number in case of query.
Faulted Items:
All customers are asked to return the faulty item with the returns document by a recorded delivery service, as SAFC cannot be held responsible for goods lost in the post. SAFC will refund you the cost of your return shipping charges if you include a receipt.
Please note the following exceptions to this policy:
· DVDs, PC games and items specially manufactured to your order can only be refunded or exchanged if the goods returned are proven to be faulty.
· Items that have been customised, e.g. shirt printing can only be refunded or exchanged if the product or material is faulty.
· We will refund postage costs if there is a fault with the product. However, we cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred for non-faulty items.
